Purchases from our website are to be considered contracts between Spa Candy and the buyer. Buyers have a legal right to cancel all orders under the following guidelines:
Contracts are started from the date we confirm your order has been sent. For products that have a confirmed delivery, buyers have a 14-day period to cancel their order starting from the day after they receive their products. The term “days” includes weekends and public holidays.
Cancellations that have already been delivered to the buyer should be returned as soon as possible. All items delivered must remain unopened. Items sent back to Spa Candy opened or tampered with will not be eligible for refund or exchanges.
Buyers that have sent back their products will receive a refund within 14 days after we receive the returned products or (if earlier) within 14 days after the day you provide us evidence that the products were successfully returned.
If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the items.
All returns are to be made within 21 days of receiving your product. This includes any damaged products, products that do no match their descriptions or any other errors that may occur. You will have the choice of exchanging your items or receiving a full refund once the items have been returned successfully. Items that were damaged, faulty or incorrect will have their additional postage fees waived. We sincerely apologize for any errors that may occur.
